What we collect

Order data: the items you order, the name, email address, shipping address and phone number you provide at checkout, and the contents of any email you send us.

Technical data: basic server logs including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Logs are used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.

Payments

Card details are entered with our payment processor and are not stored on our systems. We receive only a transaction reference and the result of the payment.

Why we hold it

To take, pack and ship your order, to answer your emails, and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to us as a seller.

Who sees it

Our shipping carrier receives the address details needed to deliver the parcel. Our payment processor receives what it needs to take payment. We do not sell, rent or trade customer data.

If you use Quick order, the text you type is processed by an AI service to turn it into a cart. Leave out anything you would not put in an order note.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes, then deleted. Email correspondence is retained for up to 24 months. Server logs are rotated regularly.

Cookies

The site uses only the storage needed to keep your cart and preferences on your own device. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

If you use Quick order, the site also keeps a random id on your device and sends it with each request, so one browser cannot flood the assistant. It is not linked to your name, email or orders.

Your choices

Write to orders@grayasfuck.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. We answer from the same inbox as everything else.
