The conditions that apply when you buy from us. Plain terms, no clever drafting.
Research use only
All material is supplied for laboratory research use only. It is not a drug, food, cosmetic or medical device, and is not approved for human or veterinary use, diagnostic use, or any in-vivo application.
By ordering you confirm you are purchasing for lawful research purposes, that you are qualified to handle the material, and that you will not resell or supply it for human consumption.
No claims
We make no therapeutic, medical or performance claims about any product listed here. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to receive the material in your jurisdiction. Checking your local law is your responsibility, not ours.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown per vial at the quantity selected and may change without notice. The minimum is three vials per line; at ten the whole line is charged at the kit rate. An order is accepted when we dispatch it, not when it is placed.
Stock status is shown as it stands. If a line goes out of stock after you order, we will tell you and offer a refund or a lead time.
Shipping
Dispatch is same day before 2:30 EST, stock permitting. Shipping is direct inside the US in an unbranded vials with tracking by email.
Risk passes on delivery to the address you provide. Cold chain is not guaranteed in transit; material ships as a dry solid. Incorrect addresses are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
Because of the nature of the material, opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned. If a shipment arrives damaged, short, or not as described, email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will replace or refund it.
Documentation
Analytical documentation is supplied only where a product record explicitly states so. We do not imply testing or certification we cannot hand you.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for how the material is used once delivered.
